Why should my teen breathe?

It’s hard to be a teenager! Teens live in a world that is fraught with negative influences on their nervous system. Constant phone notifications, messages and social media updates keep their brains in a state of hyper alertness and craving constant stimulation. Add in school expectations, family dynamics and social pressures and we are seeing many teens with overstimulated nervous systems, high cortisol levels and anxiety.

Breathing is the most easily accessible tool teens can access at all times!

Breathwave relaxes their nervous system, calms their minds and shows them that they already have what it takes – innately, as a natural part of them. Subtly and effectively teaching them to in-source rather than repeatedly trying to get their bearings from the outside.

This practice is easy to learn and more gentle than most breathwork teachings today. It has the power to uncover and unleash the body's natural wisdom and activate your teen’s super powers!
